What counts as a shipment?
One entry you determine in Falmoran. Products, people and brokers are never counted.
Does it file the entry with CBP?
No. It gives you and your broker the code, the duties and the evidence. A licensed customs broker files.
What if it gets stuck on a product?
It asks one question, or sends the line to your broker. It never fills a gap with a guess.
Which goods does it cover?

Is there a contract?
